Parenting Isn't for Cowards

Grant is testing me a million times a day right now. It's as if he is asking me, "What are you going to do about it?" when he looks right at me and does the thing he knows he isn't supposed to do. That is my strong-willed child for you. I have read about this stage but reading about what to do and actually following through are two different things. Dobson has a book named Parenting Isn't for Cowards. That is next on my list of books to read. You always hear consistency is the key but some days I feel like all I do is discipline Grant. Ugh, no fun. I hope he grows out of this stage soon. Any of you other parents out there feel this way?

Can you believe this little angel acts this way? :)

Liz, You are such an amazing mom and wife! Don't give up! Grant is a precious blessing to me, and I know that the reason for that is because you are doing such a great job being his mommy!!! Love ya!
