It's been a ridiculously long time since I have posted. A lot has happened. We went to Colorado at the end of February and had such a great time . There was a ton of snow and the kids LOVED it! I also had a shower that was so fun and pink! Kamryn has a closet full of the cutest clothes ever...we are so blessed with great family and friends! Speaking of Kamryn, I went to the doc this week and she is doing great. I can't believe we are five weeks away from her due date! She is definitely growing big (along with mom)and it looks as though she is trying to make an early appearance into the world! I am not on bedrest but I have been instructed to take it easy for the next two weeks and after that it is fine if she comes. So we are busy trying to get her room ready and move Grant to his new big boy room.
Grant has grown up so much over the last few months. It's crazy how fast that seems to happen but he is talking like a big boy now, making complex sentences and sometimes I can hardly believe that is my baby! This stage is by far the most fun we have had with him as he makes us laugh really hard all the time. Of course he has many not so funny moments too but the good outweighs the bad. He also has more energy than ANY child I have ever seen. I think he is trying to give up his naps and mommy is not very happy about that. Perfect timing, right? Weeks from a new baby and big brother no longer wants nap time. Ben described Grant the other day as "full of life in every way" and I think that pretty much sums him up. Either for good or bad, he is going at whatever it is full force! Although that is frustrating many times for us, I think it's a great quality to have and later in life that will work for him. Here is what Grant said to our dog, Gabby on the way to take her to the vet."It's okay, Gabby. Don't be scared, Jesus will be with you. It's just the doctor." Such a sweet little heart!
In my last post, I promised to put some pics of me so here I am at 34 weeks. I will try and keep you up to date with baby info.
