Grant has recently started talking about girls all the time. Everyday when I pick him up from school and ask him how his day was he starts in. "The girls are chasing us (the boys) at recess and we just don't know why"! He acts like he doesn't want them to but I know better. :) I have told him that means they think he is fun and want to play with him. Today on the way home he just kept talking about it and then he asks, "What do you think? Why are they chasing me all the time?" Again I told him, "They think you are fun." He said, "No. We think it's because they are in love with us! But boys my age just don't want to kiss and hug girls."
Wow, he makes me laugh. So there it is, people....the first time my son asked for my advice on girls...hopefully it won't be the last time.

I told Grant to tell them he's Nana's baby doll and to leave him alone. Guess that didn't work!
Oh boy, Mommy you better just get ready because those girls are DEFINITLEY going to be after that good looking blue-eyed boy!!!
